Louise & Chris Rogan - Things That Matter - Album Launch

We're delighted that Louise and Chris will be launching their new album - 'Things that Matter' at Over Hulton Folk Club.  

They recently performed on the Introducing Stage at the Great British Folk Festival at Butlins Skegness and deservedly won their heat.

Louise Rogan – simply has a "crystalline purity and palpable enthusiasm" beautiful voice and is no slouch on the keyboard either. Classically trained, she has performed at venues in the UK, Europe and the USA. The blend of their voices and understanding seems effortless. She recently penned lyrics to John McCusker’s “Jessica’s Tune’ which he praised for its “beautiful words and lovely voice”. 

Chris Rogan – for many years a solo artist, “a fine singer and songwriter and most able guitarist”, is now more often to be found performing as a duo with his daughter Louise or as a trio with Louise and Brian. Chris “has the sort of voice you could listen to for hours”, but he reaches new heights in this company.
