Paul McGladdery

Paul McGladdery hails from Oldham and is descended from a long line of entertainers and mill workers. Emerging onto the folk scene in 2015 as half of duo ‘Wilson McGladdery’, Paul is known for his prolific scribbling. His abilities are not only restricted to songwriting, there are limericks, poetry and stories too! Over 500 stories to be precise, collated into three books he’ll try and flog together with other assorted rhubarb. Now a solo performer following the retirement of his singing partner, expect a varied evening of entertainment, carefully honed across the UK’s folk clubs.
