About the event
Tennessee Waltz are a close harmony acoustic country-folk duo from Merseyside, comprising singer-songwriters Jimmy Rae (vocals, guitar, harmonica) and Sarah-Lou Fletcher (vocals, guitar, mandolin and percussion). Since joining forces in 2015, they have established a solid reputation on the local music scene with their original material drawn from their albums Deliverance (Jimmy Rae, 2009), One Day (Jimmy Rae & the Moonshine Girls, 2017) and A Different Road (Tennessee Waltz, 2022). Their live shows also feature their distinctive interpretations of songs by classic and contemporary country artists including Johnny Cash, Patsy Cline, the Everly Brothers and Emmylou Harris.
